RTG finalising Montclair Hotel acquisition

Rainbow Tourism Group (RTG) is finalizing the acquisition of Montclair Hotel and Casino, a strategic move set to expand its hospitality portfolio.

This was disclosed by RTG board chairman, Douglas Hoto. He said the transaction is in its final stages, with an official notice to be issued soon.

“The company is in the final stages of completing a transaction to acquire Montclair Hotel and Casino. This acquisition presents significant opportunities for revenue growth, operational synergies, and enhanced brand positioning.
