The much awaited Cassper Nyovest gig scheduled for this Saturday has been postponed to November 10 due to the cholera outbreak.
Events Evolution who are behind the gig said they have seen it fit to postpone it due to the outbreak that has claimed lives.
Addressing journalists in the capital, the organisers said they are confident that by then the disease will be contained.
“We have noted that there have been collective efforts by both the government and organisations to donate towards the outbreak, a sign that shows it will be managed,” reads their statement.
Musicians that include Jah Signal, EX Q, Takura, Freeman, Dhadza D and Shasha are billed to perform at the same concert and have promised to deliver impressive performances.
