All set for ADMA’s Agrishow

More than 170 exhibitors are confirmed for the 2019 ADMA Agrishow, an annual exhibition in Harare focused on goods and services of particular interest to people and organisations in the agricultural sector.

The show is hosted in Harare each year by the Agricultural Dealers and Manufacturers Association and this year’s event will take place from Thursday June 13 to Saturday June 15, attracting thousands of visitors from within agriculture and related sectors. A total of 172 exhibitors are booked for the event, which takes place on a site stretching over seven hectares in the centre of Harare’s Borrowdale Race Course

A spokesman for the organising team said response to this year’s show had been exceptional, with a growing number of exhibitors recognising the value of one-on-one interaction with existing and potential customers, as well as the valuable role the show has in platforming a wide range of goods and services.

“The key focus areas are agricultural equipment and machinery,  seed, fertilisers and agrochemicals, irrigation, land preparation and management and solar power, but a number of support services are also on show as the event is recognised as an excellent platform for a wide range of such goods and services,” he said.

The show is of interest to specialists as well as the general public, with gates opening at 9am each day and closing at 4pm on Thursday and Friday and 3pm on Saturday. Entry is ZWL$10 per person payable via swipe or Ecocash.

“Feedback from previous years has been positive and has showed us this is a valuable means of communicating with decision-makers and opinion leaders, and gives exhibitors access to a wide range of people whose interest in agriculture is of major importance,” said the spokesman.
