XCMG Zimbabwe (Private) Limited has appointed seasoned executive Emmanuel Katsvamutima as its general manager with effect from June 1.
In a statement, XCMG Zimbabwe said the executive has held various senior positions with Innscor Africa, Straitia Beverages, Nelspot and Crystal Candy, among other leading companies.
“XCMG Zimbabwe wishes to congratulate Emmanuel Katsvamutima on his appointment as general manager,” reads part of the statement.
Katsvamutima’s qualifications are: Doctor of Philosophy in Strategic Management, Master of Philosophy in Business Leadership, Master of Commerce in Strategic Management and Master of Business Administration.
He has over 15 years of experience in operations and production planning, organisational leadership, research and competitive intelligence gathering, operations, data analytics and policy planning, financial analysis and quantitative analysis, technical and strategic crafting and executing management, international relations and human resources, executive leadership development, exports and business development, monitoring and evaluation, sales, marketing, digital strategy and general management fields.
Katsvamutima has a wealth of experience in managing enterprises, cross functional skills, digital innovation mind-set, extensive networks, and business development skills and has responsible driving strategy for businesses that he worked for.
