West Properties wins big in Dubai

PROPERTY developing firm West Properties Zimbabwe this week scored big at the  African and Arabian Laufen International Property Awards 2022 in Dubai.

 

The awards were held at the Habtoor Grand Resort where the firm scooped two awards for the best residential development of 20+ units in Zimbabwe for Millenium Heights Estate and its developers website Zimbabwe.

 

West Properties Sales and Marketing Officer Marilyn Mosha said the awards were confirmation of the company’s commitment in its projects that should meet world class standards.

 

“It was our first time to win such an international award from this prestigious institution,” she said.

 

She added: “At WestProp we have always been committed to creating sustainable lifestyle, vertically integrated estate developments with the simple concept of live, work, shop and play. We are all about excellence in execution.”

 

West Properties Zimbabwe Chief Executive Officer Kenneth Sharpe said getting such global recognition was humbling.

 

“We are both honored and humbled to be recognized by the premier and most respected industry wide international property awards organisation. It gives us credibility and confidence that we are leaders amongst our peers,” he said.

 

There were several other winners from across the world who were selected by a panel of over 70 judges.

The sponsors of the awards, Laufen said they were determined to provide a global platform to recognise excellence in residential and commercial property.

The International Property Awards are open to residential, commercial and hospitality property professionals from around the globe and celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.

They are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, United Kingdom and the United States of America.
