HARARE – Total Zimbabwe, launched the first of Total Quartz Auto Service (TQAS) today at Total Avonlea, Harare.
TQAS is part of value added services and cutting edge vehicle maintenance solutions delivered efficiently.
The ceremony was welcomed by Total Zimbabwe’s communication officer, Anesu Mutasa, and the company’s network business analysis & optimization manager, Nir Vaena, together with the managing director Ronan Bescond who took the time to explain the company’s new service.
Bescond said that the Avonlea service station is part of a global network of 100 service stations across the country and it is through that network that Total has an ambition to be a responsible energy company which will only bring reliable, clean, high quality fuel to their customers.
He went further to say the customers will be given 30 litres of blend if the ratio is 15 per cent reservoir, thus getting 15 percent of the reservoir as it is their way of showing commitment to all the customers in Zimbabwe.
“We want to be the leading distributor of high quality lubricants in the country, high quality for automotive but also for general industry and mining” he said.
Total intends to make this a one stop solution which will be able to cover numerous gaps, offering additional services including tyre sales and replacements, oil changes and free oil checks.
Bescond mentioned that TQAS will be launched twice this year with the second city being Bulawayo. In 2019 they are looking forward to launching the service in major urban areas such as Gweru, Mutare, Masvingo, Chipinge and Chinhoyi.
Nir Vaena also praising the new corset introduced.
Vaena said TQAS has been implemented all over the world, crossing 5 continents, adding that their other purpose is to ensure an enforced relationship and to be closer to the clients by giving them better services.
“TQAS is a corset designed by Total and it is also a big pleasure to implement it in the country and for it to be opened at Avonlea service station” Nir said.
Concerning the network lubricant sales, the company is said to be growing day by day and their objective is to roll out this corset all over the country. In addition, TQAS is the key for the performance of the engines messenger and even car engines named after the flag ship product.
Even though it is quite a challenging time for the country the Total Company has a good relationship with the authorities who believe that the situation is now better comparing the last couple of days which has been affecting the market.
