Talent Exchange Group (TEG) will host its inaugural Breakfast Meeting on 19 June 2026 at Mustard Seed, Highlands, Harare, bringing together Human Resources leaders, Organization Development practitioners, executives, consultants, and leaders from both the public and private sectors to explore the future of leadership and organizational transformation in the age of Artificial Intelligence.

The event, themed “Empowering People to Lead Change in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” is expected to provide a platform for strategic dialogue on leadership, people development, workplace transformation, and the future of work.

Speaking ahead of the event, Talent Exchange Group Executive President Paul Nyausaru said the gathering is designed to create meaningful conversations among professionals who are shaping the future of organizations.

“This Breakfast Meeting brings together HR leaders, Organization Development practitioners, executives, and leaders from both the private and public sectors to engage in thought-provoking discussions on leadership, organizational transformation, and the opportunities and challenges presented by Artificial Intelligence,” said Nyausaru.

“As organizations continue to navigate rapid technological change, there is a growing need for leaders to focus not only on systems and technology, but also on people. Sustainable transformation happens when organizations empower employees, build adaptive cultures, and develop leaders who can successfully navigate complexity and change.”

The highlight of the event will be a keynote presentation by renowned leadership and Organization Development expert Dr. Justine Chinoperekweyi, who will set the tone for the morning’s discussions.

Dr. Chinoperekweyi’s presentation is expected to explore the role of human-centered leadership in a rapidly evolving technological landscape and provide strategic insights into how organizations can balance innovation with employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational effectiveness.

Following the keynote address, participants will engage in a high-level panel discussion focusing on three critical areas: human-centered leadership in the age of Artificial Intelligence, empowering employees to lead organizational transformation, and the future of work in an increasingly AI-enabled environment.

According to Nyausaru, the event marks the beginning of a broader thought leadership initiative by Talent Exchange Group.

“This is the first in a series of monthly Breakfast Meetings that Talent Exchange Group will be hosting. Our objective is to create a professional platform where leaders, practitioners, and decision-makers can exchange ideas, learn from one another, and collectively explore solutions to the challenges and opportunities facing organizations today.”

He added that future sessions will cover a range of topics including leadership development, organizational culture, employee engagement, future workplace trends, innovation, governance, and Organization Development.

The Breakfast Meeting reflects Talent Exchange Group’s commitment to promoting excellence in leadership, people development, organizational effectiveness, and knowledge sharing across sectors.

As Artificial Intelligence continues to reshape workplaces around the world, organizers believe that organizations that successfully combine technological innovation with human-centered leadership will be best positioned to thrive in the future.

The event will run from 08:30hrs to 11:00hrs and is open to professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, HR practitioners, and Organization Development specialists interested in shaping the future of work and leadership in Zimbabwe.
