Works on the Mashonaland Holdings (Masholds)’ Mashview project , in Bluff Hill, Harare, will resume this month and the property concern is finalising an offtake agreement, MD Gibson Mapfidza has said.

“The Mashview Gardens project is ongoing. As per the original plan to manage market risk the company is currently finalising a presell agreement with an off taker. Site works for the project are set to resume in October 2021,” Mapfidza said.

This latest development by Mashonaland Holdings will see the company complete more houses and attract more buyers of the houses in the Porsche suburb of Mashview Gardens.

Mashview Gardens was officially commissioned in June this year.

It is a 25-unit cluster housing development located in Bluff Hill Harare.

Sitting on 2.3 hectares of land, the property will have 25 contemporary cluster houses with each one sitting on stand sizes ranging between 600-900sqm with a generous floor area of 190m².

The concept design of the cluster houses offers two types of single storey houses in a gated and walled complex offering 24-hour security.

The whole complex will be serviced by prolific boreholes, one already sunk and a guard house as well as pretty, established gardens with an asphalt driveway and covered carport suitable for parking two family vehicles.

As the company continues to inject massive investment in the property sector Mapfidza also told Business Times that the uptake of the Windsor Parke residential stands is pretty impressive as they have sold 30% of the stands.

Funds from the sale of the Windsor Park stands are going to be utilised to fund some of their  pending projects for example the reconfiguration of the Charter House into a hotel project.
