KICC gives back to society

Kingsway International Christian Centre Church (KICC) has ploughed back to the community, donating food packs and clothes to the needy.

The church, founded by pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, recently hosted an event for the needy at Borrowdale race course.

Minister Nkululeko Phiri the Resident Pastor for KICC Zimbabwe told the Business Times the church donated 7 500 food packs, 40 foot container of clothes donated by members of the church in UK. He said over 1 000 people were treated through a general medical outreach”.

“The vision of the church is be the blessing in the community we are in and restore hope to those in needy,” Phiri said.

The church also opened a branch in Harare, Zimbabwe which is 9 months old and it is our first major event as we establish and grow.

The church was founded in United Kingdom in 1992 to spread the gospel globally as well as to help the needy in society.

KICC is dedicated to improve the lives of the people within the local community which includes educational counselling, Christian hamper challenge, career counselling, hospital visitation and widow outreach programmes, among others.
