Approval of migration of Old Mutual’s listing from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (“ZSE”) to the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (“VFEX”)
This follows the announcement made by Old Mutual on 10 July 2026 about the planned move of Old Mutual’s secondary listing in Zimbabwe from the ZSE to the VFEX (the Migration). Old Mutual is pleased to confirm that the Migration has been approved by the relevant exchanges and regulators. Trading in Old Mutual shares on the VFEX will begin on Wednesday, 12 August 2026.

In line with the VFEX’s usual trading mechanics, normal trading limits of 20% of the previous day’s closing price will be applied from commencement of trade on the second trading day and thereafter.
