On Thursday, January 25, 2024, we erroneously used a picture of Mr Ndangariro Mutizwa, who resigned from his position as Chief Finance Officer at African Sun Limited in June last year, as part of an infographic in an article titled “African Sun CEO steps down”, instead of using the image of Mr Peter Saungweme.
We would like to unreservedly apologise to Mr Mutizwa, his family and our readers.
The error and inconvenience caused are sincerely regretted.
Corrective measures have since been taken to ensure this does not happen again. These include taking every precaution before we publish anything, and that includes pictures-Editor
