Zim business delegation in USA

A high-powered delegation of business executives under the CEO Africa Roundtable is in the United States of America for business roundtables and engagements, Business Times can report.
The 23-member delegation from various sectors is led by CEO Africa Roundtable chairman, Oswell Binha and CEO Kipson Gundani.
The delegation is expected back home on October 10, 2022.
The US business mission aims to provide networking opportunities for those that want to elevate their business and open them to new challenges.
It is also expected to open up the possibility of mapping the potential partners in addition to promoting investment and trade in targeted sectors such as energy, agriculture and agro processing, financial services, construction, manufacturing, mining, automotive, ICT, transportation, real estate and tourism.
The business mission will also facilitate matchmaking of Zimbabwe and USA businesses.
In a statement CEO Africa Roundtable said the executives will visit Dallas, New York, Washington DC and Baltimore for business roundtables.
“In Dallas, they will be joined by executives from east Africa and the US for a three-day trade and investment conference.
The delegation will also visit companies such as John Deere, GM Motors in Arlington, Tetra Pak and Tesla before heading to New York for roundtables with members of the Harlem Area Chamber of Commerce.
Other institutions to be engaged include Prosper Africa in Baltimore, the World Trade Centre, among many others,” reads part of the CEO Africa Roundtable statement.
