He said an entrepreneurship and business expo and dinner under the theme “Re-engineering the future generation through the art of entrepreneurship and business networking” as part of YNC’s initiative of empowering the youth.

The November 27 event aims at empowering young people to develop sustainable innovative solutions to the existing challenges in the community and the country.

We also want to facilitate the development of young professionals through an entrepreneurial and innovative perspective in Zimbabwe.

Nyirenda said the  expo is devoted to the development of Small and Medium Enterprises providing an inter valuable platform for these businesses to market their businesses and interact with prominent business leaders and representatives from a number of corporate companies.

Nyirenda confirmed that the response was overwhelming.

“Our achievements have been determined by the support which we are getting from the young people and this drives us to plan more events or initiatives that are similar to this expo that we are having. We have a lot of young people who have registered, meaning they want to attend our event so it’s an achievement to us as an organisation,” he said .
