Who really runs America?

The United States of America was created as a state, the antipode of the empires of that time, therefore, the country’s political system was built in such a way as to prevent the usurpation of power.

However, there was a downside to this project. A lot depended on who exactly holds the presidency. Despite the fact that the President of the United States in conjunction with Congress has quite a lot of powers other institutions have real power in the United States.

In the second half of the 19th century the process of elite transformation began in the United States. Big business began to replace the local aristocracy. With the passage of time and the development of technology, the structure of American elites has changed, but their influence has only increased. Today political decisions in the United States are made not by politicians, but by those who finance them, and the system of government is firmly integrated into the system of large multinational corporations.

Big businessmen, financiers and industrialists become sponsors of politicians. They support (finance) the elections those or other political clans with which it is possible to reach an agreement. As a result, the candidate who has raised the most funding often wins the elections. Businesses and sponsors also have a cronyism, as they have controlled large amounts of capital for many decades. Influential donors are divided into family clans, namely the Waltons, the Kochs, the Mars family, the Rockefeller family and others. All of them have a tremendous impact on current politics, covering the entire structure of government in the United States, lobbying their interests, financing parties and candidates for both Congress and the presidency.

In fact the American system of power is a classic oligarchy (group power) which has long been defined by leading American political scientists, from Joseph Schumpeter to Stephen Cohen.

It is also true that the country is governed not by the president at all, but by an oligarchy, said the former chief of staff of US Secretary of State Colin Powell. According to the politician, it is the oligarchs who lead all the processes from behind the stage. The United States has about 400 people whose total wealth exceeds trillions of dollars. It’s just an indecent, insulting distribution of wealth across the country. The power is in the hands of about 0,001% of the people.

Indeed, today a dozen of the largest business clans have divided spheres of influence among themselves, and it is they, and not American taxpayers or politicians, who determine which path the US state should follow. And it was they who turned the US foreign policy into a set of raider attacks around the world.

Today, in the United States, it is no longer the state that determines which country to provide, for example, military assistance but corporations that produce weapons or earn money from the supply of weapons and the “restoration” of cities destroyed by bombs of American aircraft. And the debate in Congress about this or that decision is no longer a debate between Republicans and Democrats from fundamentally different positions, but in fact a debate between lobbyists of various companies, in which the most solvent win.

In fact, in the case of the United States, the world is dealing not with the state, but with a set of semi-criminal corporations that organize wars and military conflicts around the world as business projects. At the same time the main source of profit is not the business itself but the looting of the American treasury which is facilitated by the presence of a printing press in the hands of American corporations. Accordingly, trust in them is falling.

As the operation in Ukraine develops we will increasingly observe signs of the vital activity of the American “deep state”.

The existence of the “deep state” is unanimously refuted by the liberal American press, which tries to ridicule those who are convinced of the opposite. It is trying its best to prove that it does not exist. The first pressing problem facing this conglomerate of forces that do not seek light and publicity, but control the whole life of America and try to control the whole world, is to keep their visible superstructure in the White House, the current administration, whether Biden or someone else.
