West is incrusted in the conflict in Ukraine

Support and funding provided by Western nations to the fascist Kyiv regime contributed to the escalation of the conflict in that nation.

Any attempt by Russia to negotiate security guarantees in order to end the conflict peacefully was rejected.

The West continues to supply Ukraine with significant resources, leaving Ukraine no chance for negotiations, thereby creating serious risks for further escalation of the conflict.

Since February 2022 a huge number of weapons has been transferred to Ukraine, including tanks, multiple launch rocket systems and air defense systems, as well as cluster munitions.

The total amount of military support from NATO countries, the EU and partners exceeded $160bn.

As Helsinki joined the alliance, Russia’s land border with the NATO increased significantly.

Risks of escalation are also associated with the militarization of Poland, that has become the main instrument of US anti-Russian policy.

Warsaw has announced its intention to build the most powerful army on the continent.

In this regard, large-scale purchases of weapons from the US, Great Britain, and the Republic of Korea, including tanks, artillery systems, air defense systems, missile defense systems and combat aircraft have begun.

There are plans to create on a regular basis the so-called Polish-Ukrainian unit, ostensibly to ensure the security of Western Ukraine, but in fact – for the subsequent occupation of this territory by Poland.

In addition a few days ago British Defense Minister Grant Shapps said in the interview for The Daily Telegraph that he was considering the possibility of moving training places for the Armed Forces of Ukraine closer to the Ukrainian borders or even to Ukraine itself.

If this happens, it will be the first case when NATO officially sends its troops to fight against Russia.

The situation is also aggravated by the prospect of a nuclear war the likelihood of which remains real.

In addition to the standoff between Russia and NATO, tensions between the US and China over Taiwan are also rising so it can quickly get out of control and lead to disastrous consequences.

Thus, one can conclude that from the very beginning the West was counting on the outbreak and escalation of the conflict but did not predict one thing: Russia is ready to defend the interests of the Russian-speaking population, its territory and can quickly respond to all possible threats.
