Professor Amon Murwira, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, is set to headline the CEO Africa Roundtable Annual Banquet as the Guest of Honour at the high-profile event scheduled for Friday, November 28, in Harare.
Over the years, the CEO Africa Roundtable (CEOART) has cemented its position as one of the continent’s premier platforms for corporate leaders, policymakers and influential thinkers to engage in high-level dialogue geared towards advancing Africa’s economic transformation agenda.
What began as a leadership network has evolved into a trusted continental hub that fosters collaboration, innovation and strategic foresight among Africa’s top executives.
“As the 2025 business calendar draws to a close, CEOART seeks to cap the year with a signature banquet, a reflective and celebratory gathering that honours the resilience, leadership, and achievements of its members amidst a dynamic and often challenging economic environment,” CEO Africa Roundtable said.
The banquet, which CEOART describes as its official curtain-down event, offers a moment to recognise outstanding leadership, innovation and business performance within its membership. It is also designed to provide a platform for strategic insights that will inform the priorities of executives as they move into the 2026 financial year.
In addition, the gathering aims to strengthen networks and partnerships both within the CEOART community and with broader economic stakeholders, while reinforcing the organisation’s core vision of driving Africa’s inclusive and sustainable economic development through ethical and visionary leadership.
The Annual Banquet will celebrate the achievements and resilience demonstrated by CEOART members throughout 2025, create a high-level space for knowledge exchange, and encourage reflection on lessons from an eventful year.
It will also “inspire future-oriented strategies through keynote insights and culminate in the presentation of the CEO Africa Roundtable Recognition Award, one of the network’s most prestigious honours.
“The CEO Africa Roundtable Annual Banquet 2025 is not merely a celebration, it is a reaffirmation of leadership excellence and collective resilience. It will set the tone for 2026 by uniting the region’s foremost business minds to reflect, celebrate, and prepare for the opportunities ahead,” CEO Africa Roundtable said.
