First Mutual Properties Arundel office project now 87% complete

Listed property development and management concern, First Mutual Properties’ new office block at Arundel Office Park is now 87% complete and with plans for tenants to move in by end of August, Business Times can report.

This was revealed by the managing director of First Mutual Properties, Chris Manyowa, during a tour of the new office block on Wednesday.

According to Manyowa,  the two-storey building, with a gross floor area of 2 726 square metres, represents a transformation upgrade from the original office buildings designed 22 years ago.

“The building is at an advance stage of completion, with the 65kwh solar roof installation and battery back-up fully functional. I would say is now 87% complete. Building interiors are ready for tenants to select their preferred tiling options and optimise the space to their specific needs,” Manyowa said.

Apart from providing office space, the state-of-the-art building, valued at US$6 million, also provides 75 parking bays.
